Shipping within the United States

We currently deliver to the United States. Shipping is free and insured for every order.

Order Processing

All products are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Estimated Shipping Time

Shipping usually takes 8–15 business days after dispatch. Processing time is additional to shipping time. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. We will inform you if there is a significant delay.

Orders may be dispatched by our fulfillment partners. A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages, with no additional shipping charge.

Delivery Issues

Please check your address before completing your order. If tracking shows an unexpected delay, damage, or a missing package, contact proyectcsmx@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Keep packaging and take photos if your order arrives damaged.
